Bike For Hunger
September 6. The 21st Annual Bike For World Hunger is set for Saturday September 6th. Bike 70 along the Munger Trail from Duluth to Barnum and back. More information to come.

Working Prayer  
Beginning Tuesdays, Sept. 9 at 6 P.M. Working Prayer is the title for this year’s women’s Bible Study. Putting the words, prayer and work in the same title might seem odd but I have had a number of women say to me, “Prayer just isn’t working for me.” In the course of this study we will research and experiment with a variety of different prayer styles, finding the one that works best for us individually.

Working Prayer is for you whether prayer is new to your Christian lifestyle or has been your sidekick of everyday life. We learn from each other how and what works best for us.

You will need your Bible, your curiosity and your heart for the Lord, to discover your personal prayer style. If you have any questions, call me, Tina Korte (525-4239) or Carleen in the church office.
